Hello Friends!

Things are going crazy awesome here on the Gold Medal Plates tour of Northern Spain that Devon and I are fortunate enough to be the athlete hosts on www.goldmedalplates.com

We are getting in lots of riding and making great friends with the fantastically great people from all over Canada on this trip. I have a ton of energy in the few hours per day that I spend climbing insane mountain roads on either the road bikes we rented in Barcelona or on the rollerskis. I really hope this will make me a better climber on the skis this winter and feel fortunate to get to train here to work the ascents so much.
